Autobiography C- Chocolate

Chocolate
Chocolate is one of my most favourite food. Chocolate  is rich in phenolics, the same heart protective antioxidants found in wine.  In fact, 1.5 ounces of chocolate -the amount of a typical chocolate bar - has as many phenolitcs as a glass of red wine.  These chemicals help lower the risk of heart disease and prevent clot-like substances from clogging arteries. Scientists have concluded that pure chocolate won't cause acne. Chocolate in my stress food. When I am sad, I eat a lot of chocolates. It is like, my sadness just fly away when I eat chocolates. One of my favourite chocolate is Hershey’s. Its sweetness is just right for my taste buds. Dark chocolate is my most favourite kind of chocolate. Chocolates make me so hyper always; especially the chocolate, Choco Baby. Even though it is little, I get so hyper. Goya is also my favourite especially their cookies n’ cream. I have lots of experience that when I was sad, chocolates made me hyper. It is like one of my comforter when I am sad. When I am also bored, I eat chocolate s then dance around my room. I am so glad that chocolates were invented.

Autobiography B- Book

Book
Book is a set of written, printed, illustrated pages made of ink and fastened together to hinge at one side. Books can be about fiction or non-fiction stories. Fiction stories are not real like fairytales. Non-fiction books can be either about facts, scientific things, history, literature, etc.  Books were a big part of my life. I learned a lot of things using these books. When I was a kid, my parents read me books before I sleep. When I was getting ready for school, my parents taught me how to read on my own. I learned how to read so fast. When I was in preparatory, my hang out place was the library at school. I read a lot of books there. But of course, I have not read it all. My favourite book was Geronimo Stilton and Captain Underpants. Also fairytales like Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid, Goldilocks and the Three Bears and many more. And now that I am in High School, I read novels and mangas. Mangas are Japanese books. Books are important to everyday life. The more you read, the more things you learn. I am so glad that I can read that well.

Autobiography A- Ampalaya

Ampalaya
Ampalaya, also called the Bitter Melon, was one of the vegetables that I don’t want to eat because of its bitter taste. When I was a kid, my mom forced me to eat ampalaya but I just vomited it. My relatives said that ampalaya is for prevention of diabetes. Ampalaya is rich in iron, potassium, beta-carotene and other nutrients. Well, even though they told that to me, I still don’t eat ampalaya. I think that it is very gross that everytime we have ampalaya as our vaint, I don’t eat or I have my own.  Until one day, when we were staying at my grandmother’s house, we are forced to eat ampalaya so, I have no choice. My mom said to soak the ampalaya with water and salt so it will not be that bitter. Since then I’ve been eating ampalaya and I really liked it. I told my brother about it and he doesn’t believe me, so I told him the advantages of eating amplaya. Little by little, he learned how to eat the ampalaya already. There are many advantages of ampalaya to our health. That’s why it is one of the things that are important to me.
